These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the iOS application “FrameSmoother” (“App”) provided by Kohei Omori (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you (“User”, “you”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all relationships between us and the User regarding the App. The App is distributed through Apple Inc.’s App Store, and Apple’s “Licensed Application End User License Agreement” (“Apple Standard EULA”, https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA prevails.
The App requires iOS 16.0 or later and is recommended for iPhone 13 or later. Operation outside these environments is not guaranteed.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
The App is a paid, one-time-purchase application. Prices follow App Store Connect settings and are displayed in local currency. No subscriptions or auto-renewing plans are offered, and there is no free tier for continued use.

Users who obtained the App for free before it became a paid app cannot use the App’s features until they complete the in-app purchase. Users who have already completed the in-app purchase retain access to all features at no additional cost.
Payments are processed through your Apple ID’s payment method. We do not handle payment information directly. Both the App purchase and the in-app purchase are a single one-time purchase with no auto-renewal.
Refund requests must be made through Apple Support. We follow Apple’s decisions. Apple’s refund policy is available at https://support.apple.com/HT204084.
We may change prices in the future. Changes apply only to new purchases and do not affect existing users’ rights.
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to us or our licensors.
Rights to videos you process with the App belong to you. Since the App does not transmit videos outside your device, we cannot access your content.
The App includes open source software. License details are available in the “Open Source Licenses” section within the App’s “Settings” screen.
You may not engage in the following activities while using the App:
The App is provided “as is”, and we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App.
In the event of damages caused by our fault, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App or for the in-app purchase.
However, this limitation does not apply to damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The quality of interpolation processing depends on the characteristics of the input video. We do not guarantee that expected quality will be achieved for all videos.
We may change, add, or remove App features without prior notice. If we terminate the App, we will notify users via the App or this page to the extent possible.
We may modify these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted within the App or on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
